This has to be one of my all time favorite cards.Cartridges: Doodlecharms (snowman, carrot nose, arms & shadow snowman), Paper Doll Dress-Up (hat), Joys of the Season (holly)
You can either use the Center Point feature or a 1 3/4" circle punch to cut the hole out for the Stampin' Up Treat Cup.
Punch the gold vellum (Paper Accents) oval with the Stampin' Up scallop oval punch.
Draw in the eyes, mouth and chalk the cheeks.
Fill with white jelly bellys (cupcake flavor) or tiny marshmallows. They sell little bags of these marshmellows at Oriental Trading. Great for Hot Chocolate.
